Why do I need a Customer Password when I have not needed one before?

Tidyco have introduced a Customer Password feature into the portal login to increase your security by allowing you to set or change a password of your choice. As part of the new login system you will need to enter the password to access the portal but you no longer need to input your Customer Code.

What do I need to do?

If you have not set a password yet, You will need to set a password of your choice. To do this, enter your Login ID and email address in the login form and leave the password field blank. The system will then prompt you to set a password. This needs to be a minimum of 6 characters.

What happens next?

For security reasons,the system will then send an email to the address you entered with a link to verify the password. You need to click this link which will then activate your new password and you will be able to log in to the portal. From then on you simply use the new password to login in the future.

What if I forget my password?

You will see a forgot password link on the login page which will email your login details to you.

What if I need to change my password?

There is a link on the login page which will allow you to change your password immediately.
For security, you will need to enter your old password to do this.
